I have a 2006 International 9900i. I changed the oil 3 days ago and today the low oil pressure started flashing. I pulled over checked the oil and it was full and everything looked fine. I took the oil cap off and it was milky and had either coolant or water under the cap. I did put 2 gallons of coolant in it when I did my pre trip. Is it head gasket or egr

Could be either of those or could be leaking liner orings or maybe an oil cooler but those usually get oil in the coolant not the other way around I think.

Put some Lucas in it and get it to your favorite shop. Hopefully you caught it fast enough that it didn't do much damage.

It is up to you, but I have been around the block a few times, and if the oil is milky, I wouldn't be driving it anywhere at all.

You had to add 2 gallons of coolant, but started it up anyway. I would have looked for leaks, and if none, instantly pulled the oil pan plug.
    Yikes!
Get it TOWED TO A SHOP
