They make 22.5 daytons. I have a set of them. Lots of chassis, still running tube type nylon tires too.

Bean Jr. and Lepton1 Thank this.

Those wobbly chassis tires bother me when I’m driving around them. Always feel like they are going to come off. With my poor luck the tire would deflect off something, switch direction and hit me right in the kisser. I don’t have looks on my side so I can’t afford any facial injuries

THOSE 22.5's,,,were a Godsend! NO,,,MORE,,,FLATS, and I've had my share. I bet there's drivers today that never even had a flat tire. If I didn't have a flat for a couple days, I knew one was coming.Hard to believe that was the standard of the industry for 75 years.

I lost a set of duals on the trailer before and it's pretty scary. The scary part is that you don't know where they're going to stop. Lucky for me, the cable barrier stopped them from going into oncoming traffic. They just followed the cable until they hit the guardrail and blew out.

I got into a Dairy up in Northern Wisconsin at 3in the morning back in April. Tired as a Beat Dog. I would have paid Satan Anything to fix my electronic life saving device so I could stop and rest for 3 hours n
    Than continue in the morning.

Got up at 7 and asked to get to get my tank unloaded. Pumper says sure. Your that truck missing a Drive out there Right. I was like No

He than leads me out to show it to me. Nothing there but the sidewall.

Spring mounted mudflap hung up on the tankers fenders and bent up so I removed it a few days before.

Our Garage dropped a new flap and bracket in the hole but it was a different brand and fit really loose in the hole. Flap got sucked up into the tire and the flap bracket took the tire out.

I never heardor felt any Thing what so ever. Granted it was dark

I'm surprised the drum made it off the hub, it usually requires a sledgehammer. Saw a swifty the other day with a RRO tire blown and smoking. He didn't have a clue.
