    Hispanic lady with a huge attitude that seems to enjoy yelling at drivers. Constant excuses why they can’t work. Break time, lunch, meetings, safety standdowns, shift change, etc. This is the most unfriendly of all Arconic places to work with.

    Plan on being here awhile.

    It’s funny you say that because I’ve been there 3 times and NO MATTER what time I got there, it’s shift change. I don’t know how many shifts they have but apparently it’s a lot.

    If I were you, I would talk to ur dm or broker, and ask (if company)/tell (if o/o), what you would like/going to do next time ur are at that location again. 1hr to get everything off, or they can wait for 10hr for the break to be over, and then go back after they call. If you get the ok from ur dm/ upper management too, great, give it to them hard, and stay on detention time too.

    I used to go there all the time. I never really had problems. But then again, I was outbound and never went on the scale.
