I was told there are 2 fuses inside engine compartment near the trouble light box, I looked but did not see anything that looked like a fuse?

The fuse should be above it, inside a holder. and against the back wall of the APU. Only fuse I'm aware of. Now there is a breaker, if you open the bottom plate and look to the right of the oil pan, you'll see a little red reset button. Sorry, I'd take some photos and post them, but I only work at that shop one day a week now, and today isn't that day. What issues are you having with it?

The ac is the only thing not working on the APU. The fan on the compressor moves freely and runs, but the Compressor does not engage, which means no cold air!!! And one grumpy driver ;)

So the heat and the 110/120 plug work? Won't be the breaker then.. otherwise, you'd have no generator function at all.
It's possible your compressor or compressor clutch is the issue, but you might want to consider that your refrigerant might have leaked out, as well. I've had to replace a lot more lines and recharge the system on these than I've had to replace AC compressors. It's a fail safe... no refrigerant = no pressure, ergo, no way to transport the PAG oil through the system to lubricate the compressor, so it won't run.

    Andreybanyuk and Sierradee Thank this.

    • Issues you are seeing I would first start with is your gen belt tight enough, to even produce the voltage to kick the compressor on. Then I would check to see if condenser fan on back cab wall is blowing. Then go gauges to check pressures relative to ambient temp. Also it very well could be a issue with the comm wire from the evaporator to the display. A board.(which board's don't usually go bad all by themselves. Usually they're is an issue with the install.)

I have a Carrier APU and my compressor is working only for about 2 minutes and then shuts off and then comes back again. When I check the frilon the Pressure was low and it release only regular air.Any ideas?

"Regular air?" These systems are vacuumed down then filled with 134-A. You need proper gauges hooked up to get a pressure reading. When you kick your ac on go outside and see if your condenser fan is working.
