How often do y'all change out fluids other than engine oil?

it is NOT a bother, it's good practice to keep that rig rolling.

follow the makers recommended service intervals for severe service.

try to use all synthetic fluids, that the MANUFACTURER recommends.

keep any warranty you have in force, by doing regular service maintenance,

 

Every two years I dump all fluids and replace them.
Have done so for 30 years.
It isn't a big job, nor a difficult one.

 

Yes they all need to be changed, Coolant to the dif, Your owners manual should give you a schedule of the minimums. The modern transmissions are even more important than ever with all the new high tech controls internal to them.
