Personally think this would be a great idea which as someone else said that means it won't happen for sure! There is somewhat of a similar rule that will allow you a small amount of extra time in inclement weather under certain circumstances if i'm not mistaken, but i'm not exactly sure. Maybe someone else can fill in here?

Yes, there is quite a bit of data on the black boxes of present, but they most likely will evolve into quite a bit more incriminating evidence with gps tracks to help show not only the parameters of operation of the vehicle at the time of the accident but also what you or at least your truck has been up to over the last seven days. I am not necessarily advocating it just realizing that in all probability it is coming.

For me, the issue stated in this thread is currently the most important, but if I had to choose one other, it would be changing the 11/14/10 to 11/15/9.
15 hours to provide a little more flexibility in our workday, and 9 hours (8 sleeper berth + 1 discretionary) should provide more than adequate rest. 10 hours is overkill in my opinion.Socy Grad and bullhaulerswife Thank this. -
