    This is a a huge pile of horse manure. While they are giving out these vouchers, what they are not telling folks is that a huge number of dealers are not accepting them, and that the Air Resources Board gets it funding from the state and we all know what the CA economy looks like... Basically, these vouchers are not worth the paper they are printed on.

    Too bad I can't use all the manure to fertilize the garden...

    Those vouchers are called I.O.U.'s. California can not even pay their state employees ontime let alone 35k a truck. That state needs to rethink it's prioritys, and C.A.R.B. should not be on top.
