I haven't run a load through a regular broker in over 4 months, and I don't miss the BS one single bit. They call me every day wondering if I'm available to pick up a load that day 50 miles from my home and drive it 400 miles for $500 bucks. I need to start blocking numbers I guess.
SO .. Where is the money - most OO going UNDER

Now let’s reverse this. In a state with 1,000 loads, but 100 drivers, brokers will notice the lack of calls or inquiries of certain loads. They can only afford to reject so many offers, otherwise, they won’t be able to move the load, and the shipper won’t be happy with the broker. So in these situations, an informed driver/dispatcher can get away with a very high cpm.Long FLD, DUNE-T and Midwest Trucker Thank this. -
