Looking to get out of Foodservice

    Not sure any of these are hiring currently. That being said. I can afford to be patient and wait. A lot of these places are down the street from my current domicile. That is encouraging.

    Those hours you need to reach overtime are BS.
    What about Dayton, thought i heard they were ot after 40

    Its like their dangling a carrot out there that you'll never get, lol.
    I get ot /40 and there's no throttling it back when you're close.

    @Bob Dobalina works at dayton, it would be nice if Dayton freight expands to the west.

    That's why you should never budget for OT. Always budget for 40 hours. Anything after that is gravy.

    I don't think there's many ltl jobs in my area little rock arkansas and from what I've heard it's pretty cut throat to land those jobs

    It's not as bad as people make it out to be. Yes it's not as easy as getting a job tugging a reefer because otr companies just want seat meat so they will take anybody and everybody but it's not that bad. When I decided I wanted to drive again I had a few offers within a few weeks and still occasionally get a phone call from some of them.
