I got this truck like that. Truck leans 2,5 inches. Driver side. I changed springs, shocks, shocks brackets, cab mounts, cab air springs, cab shocks. Still leans. Frame is lower 1 inch front driver side than passenger side. I don't see any twist or crack.
Can I use spring spacers to level the truck? Any idea? Thanks!

    Probably is twisted.
Were both front springs replaced at the same time? If so, were they measured together to ensure they are of equal length?

    PupaINC Thanks this.

Had same problem in a 97 freightliner. Nobody not even suspension shop could tell me why. They did like you said and put spacers in to correct.

How was driving it after leveling? No problems with alignment? Thanks!

No problem at all. Actually didnt have any problem before. But as I was walking toward truck. Always noticed it was leaning and didnt like that. So after T/A and Petro looked at it and couldnt figure out (but wanted to throw parts at) Took to freightliner who also gave me a bunch of "I dont no's (maybe and also wanted to throw parts at) Took to suspension shop who also said "I'll be dammed every thing is right" we can throw parts at it if you want? But everything is right, or we can just correct the lean. $200

My truck a 1999 fld120. January replaced front springs, truck leaned to right side.
I didn't do anything because it drove the same.
Replaced steers and had aligned 3 weeks ago.
Technician recommended spacers to solve the problem. He said if not repaired the lean would get worse.

He fixed it and it was a simple solution.

    PupaINC Thanks this.

I had a WS with that problem, ran it 3 yrs, never got worse. While getting an alignment, the Tech offered to fix it, by shimming, He put 2 of the largest shims he had, Looked like 2 opposing axe heads, Lol. It fixed the problem, The nuts wouldn’t fully thread on. Was planning on buying longer u bolts, 2 days later, hit a pothole, on the same exit for the Shop, Spring snapped, right behind the axle, right at the shim line. Zip tied and duct taped. Drove to very easy 100 miles to Dealer. Had spring changed, along with new roller bushing hangers. Truck still had the lean. I later found out, it had been wrecked. I paid $1000 in 1999. To straighten frame. Took 5 days on frame rack. Twisting a little at a time, so as not to shatter windows, or damage body. They twist it a little extra. And then it finds its original shape, as its Tempered. Truck was fine after that. Shims are fine. A lot of new Trucks back then, had them, different sizes on each side, up to about 3/4”,I saw once on a New Peterbilt. I would make sure the spacer/ shim that gets installed isn’t longer than existing spring blocks, causing a possible snap line. Being lower on the right side, I imagine is caused from years of driveline torque, twisting frame.
