Becoming a “team owner operator” questions.

Ok not quite the same boat. He was dispatched thru the company. I'm just pointing out a worse case scenario that I know of. People/companies can do pretty shady stuff for 20k. Just stack up your money so you can buy it quicker if you want.

You know if your signing a contract for 40k get a lawyer to look at it.

Both are not that good in my opinion.
1st one. 2600 a month plus give up 25% and still pay portions of the other stuff and get paid what paperwork you turn in. You going to get stuck one good week one bad week.
Landstar 65% of 1 something a mile is no good.watch some of the landstar you tubers they show you the checks.
If you get your truck you can find companies that pay 80% and better . Good luck
