Where is your location?
Do you plan to attend private cdl school?
Some trucking companies will reimburse the cdl school tuition back to you if you attend a private or community college or tech school cdl program.FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -

Here's some to contact that use teams, pay for school and provide meals & lodging during school:
R. E. West Transportation - free school and no contract to sign - www.rewest.com
CFI - www.cfidrive.com
KLLM - www.kllmdrivingacademy.com
Stevens Transport - www.stevenstransport.com
Schneider - www.schneiderjobs.com
Jim Palmer Trucking - www.jimpalmertrucking.com
Wilson Logistics - www.wilsonlogistics.com
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Covenant Transport and SRT will pay for private cdl school then hire you both to run teams.
SRT - www.southernref.com
Covenant Transport - www.covenanttransport.com (click on "Need a CDL?")
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I recommend contacting all the above so you can start your plans now. It's not too early.
Get the "Hazmat" endorsement. Hazmat loads can be something as simple as paint or fingernail polish.Last edited: Aug 17, 2019

It's not a popular choice and you could certainly do worse, but you could look at Reid State Tech in Evergreen, AL. I think Wiley Sanders has some sort of program with them, but as I let it roll around in my mind, it may be Evergreen Transport that has a program through Reid State.
If it's Wiley, once training is complete, you can run teams to the West Coast and back. If it's Evergreen, then it wouldn't do y'all much good because they only run solo drivers.
I probably should have checked it out before I started typing.Chinatown and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
