I didn't say anything about giving any water to any of the coastal communities.

They need to find their own someplace and stop steeling from the central (desert) valley.

Santa Barbara doesn’t get water from the Central Valley. We have our own water sources and they’re trying to finish the desalination plant.

Sorry to break this up but I’ve got an actual question.

What causes this? I pulled this trailer an MT about 20 miles to the yard maybe 10 months ago. I just found the photo. I don’t think I asked this before.
