Unless you both just want to run the roads, look at Old Dominion Freight Lines.
This company hires new cdl school grads. and each driver of the team can make avg. $125K.
Will need all the endorsements.

R&L Carriers
All terminal to terminal 48 state. 75 mph 579. They pay good. Must have hazmat, doubles, twic (I think but maybe not). I'm pretty sure you need at least 1 year exp in OTR but teams are in such high demand it may be waived.
