Join the wave, this place is one of the best carriers in North America. They have the best runs and the biggest costumers. Steady, steady, work, never waiting, unless you want to, in which case they will understand. They are very generous and open to their drivers and the dispatch team goes above and beyond. They do everything for you but drive the truck. They started in 04 and have grown their costumer base so fast that they have had to supplement their fleet with lots of owner /operators. A good place and time for aspiring operators to get on with older equipment in an age where carriers' tractor spec requirements are so unrealistically specific and strict. I feel compelled to let everyone know, spread the word, tell your friends. Bring your truck to Moose Jaw and haul reefer, livestock , liquid or dry bulk hopper bottoms with the most legendary success story in the history of entrepreneurship.

it was the random guest name my computer had on youtube back when you could comment without a google account. It got grandfathered in as my google name and I just kept it. Means nothing.

So all the posts and drivers are lying including the one I heard in a screaming match with the office about missing money... I guess this is the other side of the story

there's more than 2 sides to a story that involves 100 staff and drivers each with their own relationship to the company. If I heard that there was a picket line in front of Favel it wouldn't change my experience or the experiences of many others. You think they are the only big company that has had disgruntled employees? The other drivers on here may be telling the truth, I don't know, but I know that I was treated good and I see guys on the road still that were there years ago so they never had issues. They cant read your mind so if you wait untill you are too broke to afford to leave without paying the holdbacks then you waited too long man. Iv'e had faild businesses twice including a trucking company and I still have my house and credit because I watched Shark Tank and took their advice witch is to always let the numbers tell you what to do and pull out before it gets to the point that you are bringing shotguns into the office lol.

    100 office staff?
    Your offices must be massive.
Do they all park on that dirt lot?
And do they work out of the storage trailers or are they holed up in one of the out bldgs?
Must be staying very busy, hardly any trailers on the property.
    Nice reviews on Google.

The trailers are always gone because they are working , 100 may be an exaggeration but drivers, o/o's and staff included all in probably like 80 ppl not even joking.

Yeah that's why I made an account to put a stop to the false rumors. I bet every trucking company will have ex drivers that say its the worst but that doesn't make it so. Hauling feed wheat with super b's makes less than bringing reefer vans of watermelons up from CA. For a first business I recommend a lemonade stand or something not just impulsively buy a truck and trailers and then lease on with someone who assumes you know what you are doing but really you are counting on them to literally do everything but drive. It's a legit place and they have many long time employees including o/o's and company drivers.
