    It's a stupid world. Friday night going east on 24 I went through the truck inspection before going down Monteagle. The truck in front of me pulls into the right lane with his left signal on and comes to a complete stop. I can't see around him, and don't know if someone is stopped in front of him. He puts his 4 ways on and proceeded down the hill. After traffic cleared I was able to go around to the middle lane. They are churning out these idiots with little training.

    Happens a lot here in Phoenix, don’t know why nor does anyone else know why it’s so hard to figure out how to get on the freeway.
    I’d have to Google it, but every week they’re talking about a wrong way driver here in Phoenix.

    It’s like an epidemic here, they’re trying to figure out how to stop all these wrong way drivers that seem to be under the influence of either alcohol or drugs.

    Usually along I-40 most of the highway is divided due to the terrain. There are a few hills around Dickson and at the same time people are always flying between 80-90 mph on that interstate. All it takes is one second of in attention or sometimes a mechanical issue. Typically most of the accidents occur along 40 between Nashville and Knoxville,especially near Harriman.

    The CB chatter indicated that the the truck crossed the median. I sat for an hour through the backup until I made it to
    exit 163 then took 48 to 46 to bypass it.
