    Ok, I just bought a cat 6ts yesterday to drop into my 379 that has a 2ws in it while I rebuild the 2ws. Which would be the better path to go? Buy the 40 pin to 70 pin adapter from MAWK for 550 or swap out the 6ts computer to a 70 pin computer off of a different motor? And no, I dont have the computer for the 2ws.

    Agree.

    Buy the adapter harness. You cant just put a 70 pin ecm on a 40 pin engine. Not as simple as that.
