Wow, you guys ... don't you know everything about you is already in databases and the information is so easy to get?
It amazes me when people don't get this, hell now you can put in your license plate on one auto classified site and get back an accurate value of your car - you should all be paranoid about these consumer/personal data sites more than any FMCSA related site. -

Page 3 pf the FMCSA FAQ says 'regulations require employers to both query and report information"...
Page 5 states that owner operators [own authority] must conduct queries on himself...
After 3 years of data is collected a motor carrier can stop asking the Drug and Alcohol questions on previous employment checks...deathB4decaf Thanks this. -
So if I'm in my own consortium do I have to report too this?
