Covenant transport: Dollar General Acct

I came off the road to take a job with covenant transport on the jonesville, sc acct. i was told M-F regional. I ask before starting if id ever have to leave out early to make loads on time and was assured i wouldnt, it was strictly m-F. I started the job after a boring week in chattanooga doing their Backing course designed for parking lots and shopping centers which was a good idea in theory for new drivers, after i got to jonesville i was told to arrive on tuesday morning. The ended up being T-sat which was no different, still 5 days. After 2 weekstje job became the normal : leave a day early to start your week off regional job. I became pissed bc i was building a house, the while reason i came off the road to begin with. When i ask my dispatcher 1 of tje 2, they are on site of the warehouse, what was going on with the days he said its never been 5 days a week and then beginntonask me to pull loads extra days making it a 7 day job then a reset . Complete lies from one end to the next, i ask numerous recruiters and personell before coming on board just to shafted and put in a hole. The job is easy if you can back, the moneys good if you can work 6 days a week, about 4 of us were running 4-5 3&4 stop loads everyweek while others struggled with 3. You can make money but itll be in you bed full of lies. Good luck

 

Then aggravating part is i made sure i ask every in and out question so there wouldnt be any confusion to how the job ran and they were leaving anything out It just came down to flat out lies
