That’s an opened ended question coz you got so many Carriers claiming to be certified top tier paying~at one time I thought Ashley furniture had a pretty decent pay plan until you broke it down and realized for the work you did you were still underpaid~pay was in the 80~90k range but you earned every dime trailers boiling hot in the summer freeze your nuts off in the winter~don’t let Rent a Center have a promo going on you’d get to a store and get the I’m by myself line lol

they are all the best paying in thier own minds.

what is best paying at one place, may not have the benefits or perks of another.

what one has the best benefits, may not pay as high as one would think.

    how would i improve it.>??

    bring back trucking regulation.
this hopefully will weed out the bottom feeders that haul for pennies on a dollar, and pay their drivers crap, give them crappy equipment, and crappy benefits.

As far as well known companies I’d say Ups parcel has the highest overall pay with the best benefit package. As far as LTL goes, Ups Freight pays the highest mileage rate of any LTL and also pays by the hour for all time spent, free insurance with great coverage. Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe it’s an accurate generalization.
As far as truckload goes, I have no idea.

ups parcel has cheaper insurance then walmart. but the paid time off and money is at walmart. you earn 5 weeks paid time off the first year at walmart. your benefits and time off starts on day of hire. your fully invested with your 401k and stock from day one. your time off is paid as a adp amount. so if your adp is $330 a day. thats $330 x the number of days off.

LTL for the most part has the best pay. My check for this week was $1560 take home, 55 hours on clock? Im not even full scale.

The best pay is hourly. Piecemeal is a scam.
