I have a 2004 mbn cat. I get derated power and an engine flash code 25 when pulling hard. I gross average of 124000. Code 25 leads to a boost problem but if I leave my fan on constantly it never derates me. I’m am beyond confused on this and any help would be great. Thanks!

Check your boost pressure sensor and wires. Also check wastegate line and make sure its not pinched, rotted, broken, cracked etc.
