We had a thing at ups for a very, very short time where we would deliver a medical device (I don't remember exactly what they were) next day air, unbox it, package the return in the box, and take it back. Yes because we had time for that along with the other 25 nda stops that had to be done by 10:30. I only ever got one of them and didn't stick around long enough after knocking to see if the elderly people were actually home. Went back in the afternoon on a second attempt and did it. Took a solid 20 minutes that would have made like five air stops late and me in the office the next morning.

I think I found a new job today in Wisconsin. I need to do the paper work but I met with the owner today. Just because I'm old fashioned. Company Name has been in bussines since 1955 I think, and current owner of the LLC since 1979ish. 15 truck carrier. I think I found my last trucking job. They run Eld and Exempt trucks. Pay is on the lower side but it beats during to Chicago area.
This will be hazmat reefer type work.

IMHO... is that a BAD thing? Some people have more skeletons than you and I put together; getting a 'leg up' and starting over, and blossoming into 'PROBABLY' one of the better guys OUT here...tbh.. isn't a bad thing.

I did not even know abf did home deliveries. Thge terminal I was around just did switches.

That sounds like an oxegen concentrator, or at least that is the way ups does them too. The first Time I did not know it, but the ups guy did. I had packing tape pretty hand, so I bet it took less than 10 minutes.
The second one I knew it, but the ups guy didn't, that Time I was ready with the machine stripped and packing tape layed out, I bet it didn't hold the ups guy much over a minute or 2 at the most. lol

Carolina Cargo will hire you, but I would rather be a cashier at dollar general.
