Bend the wire to the float down a little bit , not much just a little

Most Cascadia s fuel needles are usually off a little. I ve driven every generation Cascadia and the needle shows about anywhere from 1/8 to as much as 1/4 off even in my 2020 model

Mine does the same thing. Our shop upgraded our software and now its better.
You also may not have truly topped off the tanks. If you let the nozzle stop on its own it can leave 10-15 gallons off of a truly full tank.D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
you can adjust that by adjusting the float arm, easiest to do with a full fuel tank, pain in the butt though.

I don't think there's an adjustment that can be done, it's an electronic sensor there is no float.

The important part is how accurate it is at the other end!

My 2016 fuel gauge doesnt work at all . yellow light has been on for over a year , im surprised it aint burned out yet lol i just use the leg meter to track miles and gallons used. Its pretty accurate for most part. Sometimes its off by 20 gallons or so if i idle alot. Say i used 80 gallons driving and idle on a 34 break it will say on leg meter 110 gallons or so but go to fill up and might only be 95 gallons to top off. For some reason it doesnt record idle gallong usage very accuratly. But if no idling and just driving its surprisingly accurate. It has never left me stranded. I have 150 gallon tanks. 130 is my cut off. When it gets to 120 im searching for fuel if i cant make my scheduled stop
