A company hasn't paid an invoice. The broker has dissapeared.
I have claimed several times but they don't reply. It has gone for more than a year.
Lawyers won't take the case because the money claim is not much (3,400$).
Do you know any other way to claim?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Unless you know where they live, have to write it off as bad debt.
MZTRANSPORT Thanks this. -
Do they have a bond?
MZTRANSPORT and x1Heavy Thank this. -
Try and file on their bond if it’s not too late. Other than that chalk it up to a learning experience and write it off as bad debt like mentioned above.

Sue them in the small claims court, cost is usually less than $60 to file a claim, and you are under the threshold which is usually $15k

File on their broker bond. Simple.
Try billing the shipper. Sometimes they'll pay if the broker didn't.
