Love's App first problems with showers

Recently Love's has made it possible to reserve a shower using their smartphone app. I love this feature and use it daily. In the last 2 months? I've only had 2 problems and both in the last 7 days. At 1 location Conneaut, OH I parked, used the app to get on the shower list. The app said I was #3 in line (customer #50). I go inside the truck stop, mill around, hear customers ahead of me called for their shower until I am the next one to be called. At that point I go hang out near the Diesel desk and wait and wait. The next announcement is for Customer #51, the one after me. When that happened I looked at the app which had changed from the "waiting for your number screen" to the normal home screen that is visible when you open the app. It's like I never reserved a shower. I pointed this out to the employees that their system went from Customer #49 to Customer #51. I was able to get the next shower after Customer #51.

The second error happened at Loves in Leary, TX near Texarkana. I parked, opened the app and reserved a shower, no waiting. My shower is ready now. This starts a 10 minute countdown clock on the app. I spent a few minutes getting my shower bag and stuff together in the truck and walked to the truck stop. I go to the door of the assigned shower room and looked down at the app where you see the countdown clock, shower number, key code to unlock the door. I had 2 minutes and some seconds on the countdown clock as I started typing in the key code, when the app screen changed back to the "shower check-in screen". My reservation disappeared while I was unlocking the door, even though I had time left. I reserved another shower and used it without problem.

I'm posting this in case anyone else sees something similar. You're not necessarily going crazy, no matter what the voices in your head say.
