One driver got his medical exam, self-certified & notified his state, got OK from the state, and 30 days later got a letter saying "submit your medical card & self-certification within 10 days or your license suspended."
You are dealing with the govt. It's like being married. Just because you do what "the boss" says is no guarantee you won't get in trouble.
Wait.... So you can no longer take your physical on the last day?

Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

They are up to 250 here for one, I always wait till it runs out before getting a new one, I don't want to give them a single day. lol
-
I usually start looking for an opportunity to get it done with a month, even 6 weeks left, just cause you never know what's gonna crop up, and you may be running and gunning.
Arizona you scan it in, email it to ADOT, approved or declined in hours. -
I always take home time the week it will expire. That way I can walk in to the DMV to self certify and have it scanned in directly.
That way it can be on the day it expires with no problem.
And I try to cut it pretty close. I hate to get it done earlier and earlier every year.starmac Thanks this. -
I feel sorry for the folks that live in tin buck too. -
