if you were in the lot owner's shoes, would you really let the trucking company use your property for free?

here......as the driver is the face of the company to the customer, who expects their delivery to be on time, it is a personal problem when for whatever reason the driver can’t make it happen. Towing Companies are notorious for holding vehicles for extreme fees. They score huge payola for this kind of extortion. Good Luck getting the situation resolved. Are you looking for another company to work for? I think I would be in this situation.......

Someone at the company finally fessed up that they failed to pay this guy for 5 months. This should also turn into several days of 'breakdown' pay for me.

And yes I have an old beater Pontiac lol. It's paid for so no payments and the All Wheel Drive was decent for up north.
