For petes sake, take the Gilroy, it's 24 miles from San Jose as the crow flies. Closer.

I offered one option. It's a bad option deemed by the TTR community, I get it. Thats the ELD talking. You cannot put a truck anywhere good if you don't have the PC or time to do it for your reset. Im finished with this thread.

I've done 34's at the J in Lodi and it was ok.
I stayed in the truck because that's my preference.

I forgot about that J on I-5. I guess that’s the one. Thanks for the responses. I have a drop in San Jose. Coming across Truckee and trying to get close as possible. Just not a big fan of the 49er. Thanks again.

The new Pilot in Lathrop near Stockton is nice, but not many food choices there. At least in Lodi you have a number of different places to eat within a very short walking distance.

What time is your delivery in San Jose? Traffic into the south bay is a nightmare in the mornings. Taking the I-205 in from Tracy starts to back up at 3:AM. If you stay in Lodi, take Hwy 12 from Lodi over to Fairfield, then 680 down the east bay if you get there early.

    Gutter Thanks this.

There's also Joe's truck stop on the 5 down at Westley, just south of Tracy. It's the first exit south of the 5/580 split.

That's the perfect time to make the trip. If you stay in Lodi, the trip to San Jose taking the 205 from Tracy should take you no more than 2 hours at that time. Leave by 1:30 or 2 at the latest, and you should be right on time.

    dwells40 and Gutter Thank this.
