Big tobacco had enough of the vaping shenanigans

 

if it's a slow news day, and there aren't any "big rig" rollovers...ya know, a pick up truck, pulling a gardening trailer?

 

I don't know if it's better than smoking or not. I quit a 2 pack a day habit by switching to vape.
What I do know is that states are trying to figure out how to regulate it to make up for lost tax revenue from decreased cigarette sales.
They seemingly have a all out war with vape products all of a sudden while heroin continues to flow across the border. Same old follow the money kind of thing.
It's a great way to kick cigarettes and potentially could be saving thousands of lives a year. I understand the concern about young kids and goofy child like flavors, but it's all smoke and mirrors. We live in a world where marijuana is cool.....as long as it produces revenue for the state.

 

These cases are linked to counterfeit marijuana vape cartridges being sold in restricted markets.

This is a huge problem now that we have legalized marijuana concentrates being sold in some states and not others. This is not at all related to flavor or nicotine vapes/tobacco substitute products that are sold in stores.

Here is a laboratory analysis performed on one of these black-market vape carts:

These counterfeit cartridges are hugely prevalent and not many people are aware of their existence - they think they're buying the real thing smuggled over from the west coast.

 

Lord only knows. 20 years ago kids where terrorizing the dairy isles of supermarkets doing whippets on every can of redi-whip they could find and sucking freon from home ac window units. Hard to protect stupid from stupid.

 

Vaping got me off dipping then I quit vaping a few months later. Breathing anything other than air into your lungs is bad for you..duh

dont buy into that nonsense. The government wants people to keep smoking ciggarettes instead of vaping. Its true. They also want you to keep drinking. I dont have to tell you why that is. THose 2 alone are kill more people than AR-15's, Cell phones and driving, and etc etc in one day alone. Dont buy into more government control and them choosing when and where they get paid.
IS vaping bad? Who knows, it is way too soon to find out, it hasnt been around long enough like ciggarrettes and booze to do actually studies and accurate ones that can pinpoint a direct link. Nothing illegal is being done, So let people vape if they want to vape and dont let localised government tell you what you can and cant do. Lets all live in a boring plastic bubble right? Its your right to drink and smoke and do what the hell you want. You want to end unnecesaary deaths and ones that kill innocent people. Ban smart phones. Thats the number one killer. Im sick and tired of going down the highway with nimrods having their phone in front of their face checking instagram.
