Wishing I was the little persons. Tho I did ffinally get the weight below the 430 mark to 428. This makes the weight loss down to 50 pounds lost. Now aiming for the 420 mark. Small goals make it achievable.

Remove the bristles from your toothbrush, then remove the blade from a disposable razor. Then you melt the back of the blade into the toothbrush where the bristles uses to be. Can also double as a craft knife... Lol

 

So a shiv has a blade attached, and a shank is just a stabbing weapon? Forgive me, I’m kinda uneducated on my prison terminology
