OPERATIONS MANGER SOUNDS TO DEAR TO YOU. As he telling and about the job driving for them he gives you a wage rates per day rate which starts at $260 then 90 days $270 and then at a year $280 dollars. which is a lie. I found out later that they started me at $250 a day. salary type jobs is base on 10 hours well they start you out that way then go to 11,12,13 1/2 hours running local. Then later weeks after hire I was not receiving any pay stubs. Kept working there and at 90 days I received a phone call from the operation Manger ( you get your 90 day raise ) well never seen it. Kept telling him that I am still not receiving my pay rate yet. ( i will check into it) well this went on and on then one day he told me that I was getting it but it is going toward your L & I . I said that's funny when i asked for a payroll stub a week or 2 before and kept watching my payroll deposit it has never changed.Then it's a year kept asking for my last raise to $280 his said I will have get back to you. A week later he said i got your raise to $5 making still $15 dollars short for the year. ( my advise stay away from this company ) PLUS trying to get the freight picked up and delivery using your PERSONAL CONVEYANCE TO PUSH THE LOAD. AND YOU ALSO HAVE YOUR BIG DAY TOO. THIS IS NOT WHAT YOUR PERSONAL CONVEYANCE IS TO BE USED FOR. I refused to do this i TOLD THEM IT'S MY DRIVER LICENSE AND IT WON'T HAPPEN.. MY ADVICE IS STAY A WAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
PLUS MY SCALE TICKETS WAS NOT PAID BACK TO ME LAST TIME..
