What kind of radio??

    I would like to have a radio that when I was talking to the truck behind me it would be clear and not to loud, just the right sound without blasting him out of the cab. At the same time though, the next driver that might be 10 miles out, maybe more I would sound the same to him. I know they are out there cause I have heard them before. That is a good cab radio. Thanks

    I have an old Cobra 25 that does fairly well but I was wondering if it were to be possible to have about 150 watt booster and be able to do what I mentioned.

    Likely? That depends on who sets it up for you. Amps aren't generally plug and play.

    Just about any radio will do that...What you need to be thinking more about is the antenna and where you're going to mount it....
