DFL is at $28.05/hr + OT after 40 for P&D, and $.687/mi on linehaul plus 15 mins pay for drop/hooks and fueling. I don't know current starting pay, but top scale takes two years. Raises every spring, and a decent profit sharing bonus twice per year.

    LtlAnonymous and FlaSwampRat Thank this.

    ODFL
    .6898cpm
    $30.63 hourly
$2 per equipment touch so dropping/hooking a full set is $16. Meet and turn would be a single touch so 4 hooks 1 drop= $10
    $3.50 fueling
No clue what our starting pay is

Are you both working for ODFL in different regions, or is there a wage progression?

Probably not a good idea. Some of these companies are very "private" of that info since they know transparency might lead to pressure on them to increase wages. Even if you blank out your name, address, and social they can use the exact pay numbers and other means to figure out who you are and retaliate.

You really think companies are going to devote resources to analyze raw payroll data in order to figure out who posted a paycheck? Just for the sole purpose of somehow "retaliating" against you for posting something that might actually show the company pays competitively? Seems pretty unlikely to me.

Now on the other hand if you post your paycheck and then go in another thread and brag about how you text and drive and constantly damage company equipment without reporting it...Then I could see them going through your post history and spending some resources to find out who you are, in the interest of saving money and reducing liability.

Not likely someone would try to trace, unless it's a small company.

    2) UPSF, specifically, states that it's ok for employees to openly discuss pay numbers with anyone. Can't locate the documentation right now, but trust me, it's there.

That's the whole point of posting numbers---so that the companies have no choice but to match.
