DFL is at $28.05/hr + OT after 40 for P&D, and $.687/mi on linehaul plus 15 mins pay for drop/hooks and fueling. I don't know current starting pay, but top scale takes two years. Raises every spring, and a decent profit sharing bonus twice per year.
So what is your LTL company paying?

$30.63 hourly
$2 per equipment touch so dropping/hooking a full set is $16. Meet and turn would be a single touch so 4 hooks 1 drop= $10
$3.50 fueling
No clue what our starting pay isNathanos, GhentSaintPeters, Northeasterner and 2 others Thank this. -

Now on the other hand if you post your paycheck and then go in another thread and brag about how you text and drive and constantly damage company equipment without reporting it...Then I could see them going through your post history and spending some resources to find out who you are, in the interest of saving money and reducing liability.Lumper Humper, Bob Dobalina, FlaSwampRat and 2 others Thank this. -
2) UPSF, specifically, states that it's ok for employees to openly discuss pay numbers with anyone. Can't locate the documentation right now, but trust me, it's there.
That's the whole point of posting numbers---so that the companies have no choice but to match.FlaSwampRat Thanks this. -
