I am getting cooling system pressure coming out of the smaller ports on the heads that I have circled in the attached pictures.

The head gaskets and heads for 5 & 6 were previously changed due to external leaking of coolant. It was brought in cause the oil system filled with coolant.

I pulled it apart. Didn't see any damage or cracks in the new heads or gaskets. Put new gaskets in, reinstalled heads, and pressure checked. Heads were torqued according to manual specs.

Thats when I found the pressure coming out of the oil feed ports on the top of the heads. Coolant coming out of the piston oil sprayers and the oil drains ports along block into the oil pan along the passenger side. Did not see any leakage from around the liners. Cylinders showed no signs of coolant when the heads were removed.

Pulled heads off and pressurized the block and cooling system pressure is coming from the ports on the block with the arrows in the attached pictures.

I'm not familiar enough with the mecedes motors to know if that is cooling system ports or oil ports on the block.

    Any help is appreciated.

Forgot to update...dug through the trash and found the original head gaskets.

There's two types of heads for the 460s. Recessed ports or flats. Dealer sent the flat head gaskets and this has recessed ports.

Recessed port head gaskets have a thicker rubber ring to seal the oil and coolant ports for the heads.

####! A rubber piece on head gasket. An American engineer would not put rubber piece there.
