hunt transportation SUCKS or great if you want to starve & loose everything

Truckers always get the short end of the stick in this industry yet were the most important part of it no figure. From what I understand the flatbed side is terribly slow, if he don't mind referigerated i suggest he look at ffe or american eagle from what i hear there trucks are turnin the miles. Yes the Repulicans have problems also but voting for a libertarian candidate is
wasting your vote.We need to stop the Democrats before they permanently
damage the economy beyond repair.All those people that voted for Ross Perot
back in 1992 put Bill Clinton in the White House.If the race goes three ways
again we might be stuck with Obama till 2012.

 

Okay you all are getting off point here The bottom line is this it does not matter who is in office when you put your faith in anyone but your self you will come out the loser every time.
Now to the poster.... First and fore-most I wish you and your kids the best. I too was in your shoes really if the truth be told I was in worst shape because My husband and I both lost our jobs within 2 weeks of each other, we exhausted our savings, I lost my car when I could not pay back my car loan # 300% interest, and our house payment went from $800 to $1500 a month and after 3 mo it was pre-forclosure. My husband was a cdl B driver for 20yrs so the only thing to do was upgrade to cdl A. It was hard but when you have a family you do what you have to do. Your problem is one that can be solved easily. What you can do is put in online apps for your hubby and do your homework since you are here you are already solving your problem. And For the love of God support your husband tell him you love him everyday because he is doing this for YOU and the KIDS try to be happy even when you want to cry because you do not need your hubby to be under stress behind the wheel of a unstoppable machine that can and will make him or break him. Yes, it is hard being a trucker's wife but it is even harder on the driver believe me this site is full of stories both good and bad. I will say this the first year is always the hardest but after that everything will be alright. Feel free to PM me because sometime just knowing you not alone is all you really need.

 

redraven amen!!!!!!!the people need to understand this is the great thing about america we can choose!!!!!it thing arent working change it for the better,look at the bigger picture,think outside the box!!!!! and no im not sideing with obama (change) but we as familys and as leaders have to make a choice and do whats best for our familys and move forward and not live in the past,iv always told people it cant get any worse im at the bottom of the barrel,but theres three things i know,one theres a ladder,which ill climb,2) about half way up theres one little short ####### trying to knock me back down3) and when i get past that little short ####### and to the top of the ladder i still have to go thru the tunnal ,and yes there is light at the end of the tunnal,,,,,,,we get ourselves in some situations and it takes time to get ouselve out, some the poor lady and her hubby i feel for them ,iv been there but she was venting on here and thats greatatleast shes not bottleing it up inside and mrs,,,,stand buy your man it will work out

right now drivers are a dime a dozen,and the companies know that,the one i work for just stopped all holiday pay till further notice.office personal most time are made up of non driving experience people who go home everyday and have very little sympathy for drivers .this has ALWAYS been a dog eat dog business,ive been in it 24 years.some of those better than others.trucking companies are cutting corners as much as they can now and its going to get worse.i predict that if fuel go,s up again like last year, it,s gonna be bad.hang in there.
