Well the guy in the left lane couldnt get over because the guy in the right lane. I guess he couldve slowed down and got over but wtf that just seems like cop got nothing better to do .

That flatbedder needs to take his head out of his rear end and pay attention to his driving. But that being said, seeing as how the cops emergency went away, there was no reason to come down that hard on the guy. A good butt chewing would surely have got the point across. $1067 is crazy and I'd bet if he fights it he will beat it. At least get it knocked down.

It looked like the truck in the right should have slowed a little where the truck could get over. Matched speed trucks would make it hard to get over. I thought I saw one spot where he could have if he had been paying attention.

There’s perfectly good reason the trooper could have shifted his attention from the assist call to the driver not yielding. Someone else may have gotten there sooner, or the situation may have been under control already.
