@Tall Mike I don't know how far you made it because I can't hardly keep track of myself. But if you're near Evanston or passing through by all means, sing out.

 

So here's a situation that my wife wants an opinion on from you guys...

Her sister is living what we'll call a troubled life... addiction and health problems and probably due to the first two, some mental health issues as well. Let's just say that it's obvious from looking at her that she's not living her best life.

She recently hitched a ride with a trucker from here and left town. Went to Wisconsin, Missouri and who knows where else.

What she was pondering is who the hell picks up someone like that? I know I for one wouldn't even entertain the idea for a second and I told her I was pretty sure that none of you regulars here would either, in fact some would try to see if actual help could reach her if she initiated conversation with you.

Maybe this dude she's riding with is just as messed up as she is.

Already two problems we've heard...he was willing to park at a Love's and he only does pull through parking because he can't back....

 

Hell no, I'm all for helping. This sounds like you would be enabling.
