Tanker jobs in Ft. Worth that hire new drivers

This is probably a good question for China, but I will be retiring from the Army soon. I will be settling in the Ft. Worth, Texas area. I am seriously considering trucking as my future job. I do not have a CDL, but will pay out of pocket if necessary to obtain one. What I want to do is pull tankers, most preferably fuel. Is there a tanker company in the Ft. Worth or Dallas area who will pay train you or pay your training to obtain a CDL and hire with no experience? I have no issues being out a few nights a week, but no over the road. I am smart enough to pass any test to pull fuel tankers, or any other thing necessary for that type of work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
