Pay aside, he was refused home time after working 21 plus days. Let's get real. And as far as assuming anything about this company, again let's get real. This is one post of a thousand that say the same thing and how poor this company is. Child support, alimony, bankruptcy got nothing to do with it. This company sucks the sweat off a dead man's nuts..... Period! Writing has been on the wall for a long time.

    It's real simple....

Let's say perhaps there's only,1 woman left in this country....she is cute but has full blown aids and hep c etc..

Line will be 10 miles long to bang her without protection.

See it now? Thousands of people without money, if you tell them to jump, they'll say"how high master"?

Just using simple math, how could a person drive 11 hours per day but only bring home $300 per week? There has to be some serious deductions from that check. We all know the maximum hours a person can drive in a week. Was he driving 10 mph?

If the complaint was that he only made $300 per week, then I'd think that CR England couldn't get him the miles. That would make sense. As for refusing him home time... Where did he live? Did they say, he couldn't go home right then but they'd schedule him a load that direction after this one? We don't know those things.

The company may suck. But this post doesn't give enough information for people to jump on the hate wagon.

If this dude's post doesn't convince you, perhaps you should scroll through the CR threads in the trucking companies section on here. Maybe every single person is wrong. There is not ONE thread of any driver going there and not being mistreated in some fashion. But you go on ahead and believe what you want.

Gang..... (cue the "Them wheels is rollin" video)

This dude's post doesn't convince me of anything. Why not? Because he has no credibility. He's a voice on the internet. This was his first and only post. He registered here, just to post that poorly worded post full of hatred toward CR England that didn't even happen to him but to a "buddy." Does CR England treat their employees well? I don't know, probably not. But was there nothing in that post of hearsay, anecdotal information that gave you any skepticism? Do you believe that a driver, working for any company, could run 11 hours every day, and only take home $300 per week without there being some wicked reasons as to why?

You've been on the site since 2012. You have 249 posts to your name. That means that your statements would carry far more weight than the OP. But you didn't post any fact, either. CR England offers training. That's a good point. They only require a commitment of 9 months compared to the 12 month average. And it is only 6 months for veterans. I looked into many companies. CR England was not the one that I chose but it wasn't because of a one post wonder throwing shade upon them. I deal in facts.

Not getting in a pissing match with ya here over whether you believe the OP or not. But when you have hundreds of people saying the same ####, it's probably more than coincidental. That's all I'm saying.

Are you telling us that you believe that a driver, working for any company, 11 hours per day, every day, only took home $300 as a company driver without having a whole lot more to the story? I get that you hate the company, but is that realistic? Wouldn't the DoL and the NLRB be so far up their anal cavity by now?

There is more than just driving miles 11 hours a day in hauling refrigerated cargo. Some days just delivering one stop (nevermind multi stop loads) can take hours and hours , waiting on dispatch, lumpers, wash out's, loading, traffic, etc. All that on top of a crap pay per mile without even figuring in possible debt for schooling or leasing? There is no doubt in my mind he had a 300 dollar check. Probably quite a few of them. It's a company that doesn't value it's drivers. Do I hate them? No. I just would never work there. They prey on the poor and uninformed. That said, I'm going to do my part on this forum and warn others that I can about trouble ahead. How can it happen working 11 hours a day? There's plenty of reasons right there.

I started green at CRE 14 years ago. I'd have to dig to find what I made as brand new driver.

But i think it was $450 week, plus $75 for a completed training module, done on the Qualcomm.

I think company drivers after being solo qualified made like $0.25 mile to start for the first 6 months.
