The thread title suggests that they are filing bankruptcy, and yet there sill your favorite, why?

There is nothing here to hold a two way convestation.

I would have to if I had the inclination or the time to run off and check into the court records civil regarding Linde.

Linde is a very old outfit been with the USA for a very long time. It would be very bad if THEY went bk.

In short. I am left with two thoughts for responding.

Door 1: I call "BS"

You went bankrupt or are they? If you went bankrupt maybe you should have managed your finances a little better:/ can’t be driving a 65k car making 65k a year

 

Hi Onemore, do you mind elaborating a bit for us? We'd like to know more. Did they go bankrupt? (I heard a ton of trucking companies are experiencing that right now...) Or did they play a role in your bankruptcy?
