Beware of this company, they lied about the loads that you have booked and then tell you that they have left for the day. And when Hell an Back Express calls them to see what is the problem and they said they will be able to load you Monday, when its Labor Day and you know no one is going to be in that day. AND THEY SAY YOU DIDN'T CALL THAT SATURDAY, and there was a phone call to the Broker, Navajo...… and then have the nerve to report you to Freight guard and tell the lies about our company, which I the OWNER sent the reply back on that carrier response saying what happened and Navajo was telling a lie. Matthew is a bold face liar that wants to ruin good company's name... You made a false report on Hell an Back Express in which you messed up, your dispatcher told false truths about my driver, who by the way is co owner of our company. So Navajo we didn't mess up or not show up to pickup the load, your dispatcher lied through her face to my Driver about being loaded. We were told not to come there, it would be Monday, which in fact would of been Tuesday because of the Labor Day holiday. SO BEWARE OF NAVAJO EXPEDITED , They tell lies over lies to cover their ###!!!!!

I love posts like this one, it just stirs something primordial in my soul. When you tell false truths and lie through your face you just can't get any lower than that!!

Didn't Navajo use to hire only 10+ year CSA drivers? Must be going the way of the rest of the industry...

News flash; THEY ALL LIE, to cover their rear. I had a load going to Oklahoma, from the port of Houston, the paperwork said it was going to Laredo, and the dispatcher didn't bother to inform me; instead he leaves a message at 3:00am when I'm on break in Beesville sleeping.
I had driven six hours south, going the wrong direction. The next day my dispatcher makes the outrageous claim he couldn't reach me all day on the phone, not that he didn't realize the mistake until 3:00 am in the morning. This wasn't Navajo, but I could give you scores of different anecdotes. They all are habitual liars, it's part of their DNA. It is an accepted practice to always place the blame on the trucker regardless of the circumstances, as we are totally dispensible.

Tri-National is notorious for that, once they sent me to a place in Georgia, they didn't realize the appointment was for three days ahead of what they said. Be careful with that company, they outright lie.

I can't count how many times I was dispatched to pu loads or del loads on holidays only to find no one around. . It's on the screen so here you go without double checking. What do they care? Your not getting paid much if anything if they screw up, so they don't have any incentive to make sure you get the correct info. On my local job I was sent 118mi to pu a load on a holiday that was rescheduled but no- one updated my e-mail. It cost them $225 for my wasted trip plus $100 in fuel X3 trucks. The person responsible no longer had a job.

What about the famous drop and swap with another driver who doesnt tell you the delivery address is anything different, so you go to the "ship to" address on the BOL. You're on time but no one is there. It's also 530 am on a Sunday so no one is answering the phone. Then you finally go to sleep only to get the "where the eff are you?" phone calls...

This company is ran by racist white supremacist. Matthew Yasovsky referred my drivers and dispatchers "pathetic EDITED". If you are carrier, stay away from them they will make lies against you and they will demean you. If you are driver looking for a job, this company's management are racist and unethical.
