Does anyone what my problem is on my truck. Have a 2011 freightliner cascadia that sometimes don’t want to start . It will start when it’s cooled off but when I drive all day and turn it off . It won’t start. I have to let it cool off for a few minutes and than it starts. Does anyone else what it can be.

Already changed the starter . Nothing wrong with it . Also changed the clutch sensor.

Is this a crank and no start, or no crank? Test the batteries too.

New starter or remanned?

Truck programmed to obey FMCSA rules. Break and time off.

It cranks a little but stops

I would guess check batteries/charging system. Older batteries tend to fail when temperatures start changing fairly dramatically. Just a guess though. Good luck.

The problem is I can drive for awhile. And than when I stop for a few minutes turn it off. Than try to start it doesn’t. I have to have the truck cool off for a few minutes and it starts right away.
