Hi all,
I am thinking about leasing on with Admiral Merchants but had a few questions about them and was hoping there were some drivers here that could help me out.
Currently I have a 48' X 96" flatbed so I would probably want to look into renting a step deck through them for the moment, does anyone have experience with their trailer rental program? How hard is it to get approved? What is the availability like? Are they decent condition etc?
How do you guys get your Freight for the most part? Working directly with their agents? Or do you just run off their load board? Do you have to look outside their company alot? I.e. Using ITS?
When I talked to the recruiter he gave me a temp login for the load board, and a lot of the loads don't look bad on there, but are you able to work directly with the agents and get your loads before they get to the board?
Also, me and my brother have been teaming so I would be interested to hear specifically from other teams in the company. Do they have decent Freight to keep teams running?
Please share all experiences, good or bad. I'm pretty close to making the switch, but would like a little more info before pulling the trigger.
Thanks!
