    so what's the 401k look like at your LTL companies?

    UPS doesn't give us a match, they instead give us a pension after 25 years.

    SAIA, R+L, XPO?

    Also: where does UPSF do these big sleeper runs? Are these parcel drivers or freight drivers?

    And wth is with feeder drivers getting 38 an hour regular time?!?

    OD matches 50% on the first 6% then they add in the discretionary/profit sharing to your 401k at the beginning of the year. They put in a little over $13,000 on top of their match into my 401k this past January.
