    Find someone who is knowledgeable as to how to locate good paying freight. You can do this a couple of ways, you could lease on wth a company that has their own freight. You could get your own MC numbers and find someone you can pay to find your freight. Either situation will work provided they have long term relationships with the people they do business with. Both cases you will be paying for this expertise. These situations will allow you time to learn the basics. Find good people to work with.
