JB Logistics Systems LLC company does NOT take care of their drivers or trucks. Company pays percentage by load and not only are they so cheap to only want to pay a so called 25%, instead of the normal 30%, they also lie about the amount of the load rate. Example: if the load rate pay is $1200 they will tell you it is only $1000 and on shorter hauls when load pay is $700-$850 they will tell you that it is $600-$650. In addition to that they want you to make sure that you check in with the brokers to report your time of arrival and departure for detention time pay but the company WILL NOT/DOES NOT give the drivers any detention pay at all, not even after 10hr or longer waits. If you get stuck out somewhere over night they do not pay or accommodate in anyway. Company has about 15 trucks, some work, some don't but none of them are 100% road safe and if ever they have a thorough DOT inspection on truck and trailer they will fail. Their mechanic has no real knowledge he is just a, learn-as-you-go type (that's due to the owners being so cheap and scheming by). Owner feels that he is above the law and feels he knows more than the officers. He refuses to pay for ELDs so he just has drivers use apps. His trailers are all falling apart from floors, axels, brakes and air along with some of the worst refer units, if they do work they sound louder than the truck but all of them are off on the temperature and most stop working in the middle of hauling/holding a load. The tractors have EVERYTHING wrong, all of them have electrical issues that the mechanic does not know how to fix and also doesn't have the proper tools or software for that, or anything else. They are too cheap to have a real shop fix it so they make the drivers run it until it just can't then he goes out and buys another used piece of crap. Doors, windows, locks, a/c, clutch, shifter, tires, air and a whole lot of mechanical issues. Their motto is: if it can move forward then continue to drive. If you break down or get DOT' d they are not coming to help. If broke but the truck will still move even only at 9mph they will say keep going to delivery/yard (whichever way you were heading). You have to literally not move for 10hrs or better before they even put a plan in to rescue you and when you are hours away that doesn't get it because then you still have to wait for them to get to you. They will tell you to try to be sneaky and wait till the DOT station closes then run. This could be avoided if he would just pay the small monthly fee for a pass for the 3 to 5 drivers that take the loads that go past the scales, but again TOO CHEAP! A lot more could be said but I think you get the point by now. They have a so called 'dispatcher' that is so clueless and ditzy that you couldn't get worse if you advertised for worse. She is a family friend and doesn't' even know the first thing about any area of the transportation industry. She started out book keeping and couldn't even keep that straight. She rarely schedules appointments, won't make necessary phone calls, doesn't find loads (she thinks brokers are going to call and beg her). All she ever says is 'Ummm' and 'I'm soo confused'. She is so bad with her lack of knowledge and laziness that there really isn't enough words to explain. Ever since she started dispatching drivers are barely making a paycheck. She gets her $1200+ a week regardless of anything so she doesn't care. It's so bad that the owner has to actually do all the scheduling then tell her what to text to the drivers, WHY ARE YOU PAYING HER? She will be told to make certain phone calls and schedule appointments but she doesn't do it until it's too late. The drivers are actually doing all this themselves and after the driver schedules the appointment and it gets confirmed via email she sends it to you as if she is the one that did the work. She is so ditzy dumb that she doesn't even know how to read the gps locaters that are in each truck. She expects the drivers to always be on their phone to contact her, inform her and do her job. Meanwhile she is sitting on her ### eating and drinking. She will only call places that has a dude that she likes to talk to. She is so thirsty (parched) and desperate that it interferes with everything. If you contact her about a PO# that she sent wrong and tell her your waiting in security she takes forever to get back meanwhile you already ended up handling it yourself with the broker or warehouse. Yet if all the guys are joking and talking on multi-text she chimes in on time constantly. She spends more time telling you that it's her birthday and she going to celebrate or that she is going away for the weekend or her kid is graduating and things of that nature than she does getting the job done so you know your load. She isn't coordinated enough, knowledgeable enough, intelligent enough or organized enough to schedule and send your loads to you ahead of time so you never know what your schedule or week looks like you only know right before or, if lucky enough a few hours before your load. If its a few hours before then you only know the load pick up place and no times or numbers. Bottom line is this is a very messed up place with no system, morals, organization, regard or respect for others. This business is failing, You can NOT keep doing people wrong and be full of illiterate, irrational and lazy people that are supposed to be doing the upkeep and keeping the ball rolling and think that you will prevail. Drivers are always being pushed to drive illegally past DOT time.

So.. I would just pull of those POS trucks into a scale for a courtesy inspection while you do the phone interview for your next driving job.

..and consider paragraph breaks. That wall of text :eek:

lol...yeah I was going to paragraph break but I figured it was already going to be long enough without getting too formal and correct.
