I want to setup a second email. What is good I have a hotmail account for personal, which is totally full of junk. I want to separate the activities.

But I want it to pop up on my phone via widget, so I know to check.

I use gmail it automatically sends 99% of spam to the spam folder. I have three separate accounts and can read all from whichever one is open at the time.

They are usually all free. I use a yahoo with disposible addresses. As soon as spam piles overflowing a medical address I close it and bring another version up to 500 different kinds of addressing. I keep several accounts I never give out.

Gmail is the other. That one is never given out.

To anyone who demands email addy, they get bupkis these days ESPECIALLY medical doctors whose records are harvested then spammed emails etc.

I usually set my spam folder to immediately delete bad emails like spam I never see it. At the price of a few genuine ones getting shredded also. Poof. Those who really know how to get in touch with me can do it.

For particularly risky comms I use disposable etc those die in 72 hours no matter what form they take coming and going. In the end everything is traced to your computer. (And whoever is the bill payer for the smart phone net or internet service providing to that machine)

Why don’t you have your own domain and at least a business card type website? Just add the account to your phone’s mailbox or download outlook and add the account there.

If you like Hotmail’s layout get an outlook.com address and only use it for work related stuff. Both are run by Microsoft
