I have my skill test in 2 weeks. I just graduated trucking school and passed the first time at the DMV. I’m just worried because we had 28ft trailer at the school and not 53ft :/

You’ll do fine. Just a road test, take your time, don’t kill curbs or crowd stop lines. Back slowly, a 53’ trailer backs better than a 28’ trailer. Small adjustments with the steering wheel, have to travel 6-8’ before trailer reacts to steering input. DONT get handsy with the wheel. Good luck
ruckusftlc and dwells40 Thank this. -
So I took my road test yesterday for like 30-40min on the road in Bullhead AZ. Everything went well and the trainer was really good and helped me. When I got back to their terminal I signed for a pre-employment and they send my to the doctor for the Tests. So now I’m waiting I guess.

The hiring process is thorough but the reward is worth it, great company to work for.

How long do I have to wait for a decision, after they send me to the doctor for the tests?
-
1-3 days on every step, they’re pretty quick.

I will start In 2 weeks. I had the option for the position in Los Angeles as a delivery driver or no touch in bullhead city az. I decided to go with the No touch position. I’m really happy and excited to start. It was a long process but I’m glad everything worked out.
