Hopefully they don't screw teams. As long as they can get out and stay away from Charlotte they will be fine. As long as estes knows how to run a team.

Kinda what I was thinking. Hoping to just get out of Charlotte. I hope it works out for us. We are currently at a place that doesn’t know how to run teams so trust me when I say it can’t get any worse lol.

Worse case I'd say you will do short hops sometimes. I'd say you would still get 5000 minimum a week. I could be wrong. But 5k @ .745 ain't horrible. Just ride it out and eventually take a bid as soon as you can. Run same thing each week and not worry about miles. You "should" get a brand new truck. Or pretty new.

I see 5k a week being the average, I have been seeing alot of the new LT sleepers around, I think they are giving the "older KW's" to extra board solos drivers and the LT sleepers to the teams.

Goodluck and stick in there, It took 6 weeks to actually start working from the beginning of the process.

Guy at my terminal got one when I was there. About 4 months ago. 980,000 miles on truck but I guess they put new motor. It was WORE OUT inside. Idk why he would want that.

All teams I been seeing out west were all brand new LTs

No. The TM of the terminal your hiring from makes the final call. As long as you clear background mvr etc

5 more weeks and i get to hit the Board fellas. City Driving aint for me, i got a hell of a lot of respect for the guys that do this day in and day out for us. Takes someone to know when they're not a quarterback tho, and are better suited for a lineman.
