    Please read over petition & if you agree, please help spread this word. It's a real shame to see us having to park on the sides of highways unsafely. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Government & consumers don't mind the flow of commerce to occur but they care less about the safety & conditions of us truckers who get the job done. GOV'T needs to provide US with safe and ample parking spaces across this country!

    Tried to reach out to ooida & fmcsa regarding this nonsense. Something needs to be done. If you agree please share or get signatures to get this in front of congress or the president. Thank you. Safe Travels

    The last thing we need is more government in this industry... they already tell us when were tired and when we can work, when were safe , when were unsafe... now u want them to tell us where to park....

    Nope. When or If I drive again under the ELD I hold onto a 10 hour day. Instead of 11.

    First lawful parking at either Earle, Forest City, North Little Rock or Memphis gets my spot for the day or night. The extra hour of driving is a workaround against parking problems.

    In other words I solve the parking issue myself without Uncle Sam.

    I have spent way too many years running from say Harrisburg PA all the way to Knoxville TN on that entire Shenandoah valley due to absolutely no parking. Against my logs and against my own fatigue. If I am lucky Whites on the 205 would have someone pulling out when I put her in.

    Nobody does anything for "free" anymore-Especially the government-

    If theres no money to be made- Not going to happen- And If it were to happen...You'll be taxed a parking fee annually to the tune of some pretty good $$$

    Leave it alone- Do your best ,Park Early if you can- Or go home with the truck- Lease some space somewhere etc......

    Theres enough Hand holding going on as it is. I know its not our faults- But this is the product of Free Markets- Open Borders-And the ease of getting in this industry

    What does the White House, or for that matter the federal government have to do with parking facilities? Shouldn't your concerns be addressed to individual States? Wouldn't it be better to convince them that the economics behind additional parking would benefit each State?

    The far you from WH the parking situation is better. I don't have parking problem in AZ or NM. Try to find parking in PA or VA or WV or NJ or NY or Md. Oh they are so creative about toll roads. Time to think about truck parking.
